: 在於他可以作為先行詞又可以代替本欲修飾的名詞

: 原文可以為：I don't care "the thing that" she thinks
: 上述的the thing that＝what
: 就是what代替的東西
: 這也可以判斷什麼時候要用what
: 但同樣今天寫到一個題目

: 在熟悉上述的公式後我不顧直覺選了（B）what
: 事後卻證明答案是直覺的（A）that

此為完整子句 故不使用what 會造成主格重複
而寫作上常用的同位格 通常都會伴同一個虛字 且是一個抽象的概念 非具體人事物
如 : ideal \ news \ secret \ stantment \ fact + (that S V)
而 what 在文法本來是用來代替 先行詞 + 關代
而導致有的文法書會把它寫成
what = the thing which S V 或the thing that S V
^^^^^^^^^ ^^^^^^^^
形容詞子句 形容詞子句
但並不能拿來看成取代同位格的 the thing that S V
^^^^^ ^^^^^^^^
虛字 名詞子句
所以答案可以填 that 或 the thing that (不等於what)
