原本想推文的，但是太長很難對照，所以也來練習回看看XD

The discortesy (that is) shown to ...
而且D選項用下去的話這句就變成出現兩個was了
所以原文可以拆成兩句
The discourtesy shown to Mr.Coles, this week's keynote speaker.(這件事看成It)
It was unforgivable.(主句)

: 題目：

: 疑問：為甚麼是D而不是C
後面是with, 我是看成be faced with, 有點當成是片語的感覺, 也就是慣用法
而且我想這是一個分詞構句的用法
When (you are) faced with ..., wisdom is what your desperately need.
但是這樣又會變成dangling participle, 也就使說前後句主詞不一致
這部分有請強者出來解說XD

: 疑問：為甚麼是B而不是C
: 抱歉題目很多!!= =
這是前後句意連貫度的問題，雖然說很多時候見仁見智啦= =
就我的看法，從前面說到通風不良和過於擁擠的工作環境及This提過的內容看成事件A
然後大部分員工又因沒曬到太陽而導致維他命D的不足看成事件B
照你的看法就變成
因為A造成不健康的工作人力，例如：B也是造成此結果之一。
然後用Furthermore的話我們再來看看
因為A造成不健康的工作人力。更進一步的，B也是造成此結果的原因之一
