這個雖然是一個中文網站，可是他負責的機構是一個叫著World Security Institute
註冊地址在美國華盛頓的組織。其地址如下：

嗯，算起來應該是一個智庫吧。

出來吧。
所以就說他在兩顆核彈消失時，是多麼的忙碌。真假莫變，可是重要的是，
這個單位的重要性不言而喻。
