我有寫信去問Delft去問出生證明是否要NTIO認證

以下是她回信內容

We would like to inform you that you will find the information about the
legalisation of the Birth Certificate on the website of the
NUFFIC: www.nuffic.nl/immigration
TU Delft doesn’t need a legalised birth certificate to apply for a MVV
visa but you may need it in order to collect your MVV visa at the Dutch
Embassy or Dutch Consulate General. We also advise you to contact the
Dutch Embassy or Dutch Consulate General concerning legalisation of your
Birth Certificate.
The Municipality in Delft doesn’t require a legalised birth certificate
other Dutch municipalities however may require a legalised birth certificate.

其實不需要認證的出生證明
是申請MVV才需要,是吧?
申請MVV是自己處理還是學校會幫忙辦?
