[討論] 如果跳約聘(freelancer),薪資要加多少錢才合理?消失
因為約聘(freelancer)沒有任何保障,沒有勞健保
沒有病假特休,沒有年終,請假會用20天來平均扣錢
但通常薪水會飆比較高
我想試試看做一陣子,想請問,如果做約聘,薪水大概會是原本正職再加多少呢

有什麼都沒有的約聘...,這種你不算他公司的員工,有勞健保那就是他的員工了
我有打聽到八萬以上的,就算什麼都沒有,八萬還是很高吧,感覺沒那麼不堪
就自己去加保就好了,但還是會參考原本薪資吧,所以才想問會疊加多少

我現在本來就有勞健保,破 6
因為我有認識的是沒有勞健保,八萬,但我不知道他原本有勞健保時期是多少錢
勞健保當然有優點,這些我都精算過,不保勞健保最少最少要加一萬五以上
我認為不需要那麼CARE到底有沒有勞健保這件事情
我想知道以我原本的薪資合理可以加到多少,不是隨便喊個十萬
