許多民眾常抱怨等不到公車,但聯營307路公車不但車超多,到站常常都是2輛車以上,有
時5、6輛一起來,讓公車族印象深刻,不過,307路公車司機經常搶道、過站不停、改道
行駛等,也一直讓乘客詬病。
台北市政府公共運輸處業務稽查科陳奇正表示,去年10月至今年3月間,307路公車被投訴
的案件達26件,業者的不良紀錄均會在評鑑扣分,同時列為重點稽查項目。據了解,大有
巴士最近半年就懲處該路線司機199人次。
「撫遠街-板橋」307路公車,由台北客運與大有巴士共同經營,該路線是全部聯營公車中
最賺錢的「超黃金」路線,年營收高達3億多元,北客有58部、大有45部,總數超過100輛
公車在這路線上行駛。
307公車傳奇故事多,早期公車族形容是「公車之霸」,甚至戲稱「公車界無不以追到307
路為榮」。
公車族都知道307司機「超殺」,愛開快車,途中行經華中橋有人形容「會飛起來」,且
為了搶載客人,過站不停、搶道等,乘客坐得是「皮皮挫」,還有部分司機更惡劣,會改
道行駛,只停留大站載客,讓乘客氣死。
大有巴士網站上,旅客留言板上半數以上都是投訴307司機,黃姓、林姓司機更是被直接
點名服務態度不佳,過站不停,還一路按喇叭超速行駛。
大有巴士經理王榮光表示,該公司也了解307路線的問題,目前正全力改善並列為內部稽
查重點,最近駕駛違規的情形已略見好轉。
台北客運總經理李建文表示,該路線因行車距離長,從民生社區、松山、萬華、到三重、
板橋,行經住宅、商業區,短程上下乘客多,載客需求大,要更多車輛配合,最高一度配
置68輛車,但乘客投訴該公司司機的案件並不多。
