Hello,
I am a freshman who used to live in "HELIX APARTMENT" with my roommate who is
a Taiwanese student and she is very nice. And I would like to open the
sublease opportunity for you !
I used to share a big bedroom, one kitchen, and one living room with my
roommate in Helix apartment . There is also a very nice business center owned
by the apartment downstairs of the apartment and it has two WIRELESS
computers, free printer, a big dining table, a nice kitchen, and a nice
living room in there. Residents in the apartment can use it for FREE. Because
of some reasons, I moved out last month and I am looking for a FEMALE
roommate who can move in and live from the Spring quarter till the end of
September(5/01/2010-9/21/2010).
If you are staying here for the summer quarter and have not found a place to
live, you can also consider living in here for only a couple of months. It
will be fine for me as well. Time is negotiable. If you love the place, you
can also continue to sign the lease with the landlord and so you won't have
to move again.
The location of the apartment is very good. It's less than 1 minute walking
distances from the apartment to SAFEWAY and only a few seconds from here to
WALGREEN. The bus stops(71, 72, 73, 74, 30) are also very convenient near the
apartment.
Renting fees/month: USD 500 (the price has been cut down almost $ 47.5
already. But it is still negotiable!! ^^)
