Hello Everyone~
I am a freshman who is currently living in "HELIX DEPARTMENT" with my
roommate who is a Taiwanese student.
I am sharing a one bedroom, one kitchen, and one living room with my
roommate. Because of some reasons, I have to move out next week and I am
looking for a FEMALE roommate who can move in and live from the Spring
quarter till the end of September (4/01/2010-9/21/2010).
In this case, I know many people will worry about the deposit USD
500 which you have already paid for the dorm.
But if you are able to move in since spring quarter, I can pay
back the USD 500 to you.
If you are staying here for the summer quarter and has not found a place to
live, you can also consider living in here for only a couple of months. It
will be fine as well.
The location of the apartment is very good. It's 2 minutes walking distances
from here to SAFEWAY and only one minutes from here to WALGREEN . The bus
stops are also very convenient near the apartment.
Renting fees/month: USD 500
