[問題] 如何有智慧地解決提離職問題?
小弟在原公司剛滿四個個月,因另有其他公司offer,所以小弟打算跳槽
根據勞基法,滿三個月以上未滿一年需要10日預告
又新公司押on board日為9/26
所以小弟今日跟原公司主管提離職,押9/22 或 9/25最後一天
但是原公司為小公司,已經有一位業助請產假
然後業務團隊加主管含我才四個人
主管下下星期又要出差,其中一位業務9月底要請假出去玩
等於我離職,公司會有點開天窗,也來不及找人
他有點怪我為什麼這個時間點才講,而且沒有站在他立場想
雖然我知道站在他立場想好像也有點不妥
但是已經跟新公司延期一次了,要再跟新公司延期好像也說不過去
請問大家,要如何有智慧地解決這個問題?
