[閒聊] 完了3000公尺...越跑越爛
各位學長好 我是138T的菜
畢業後陸陸續續有在鍛鍊體能...
但越跑越爛 小弟 176 72
平時少運動 軟肉 體能不太好 跑一跑臉就變超紅

一開始跑是腳痠快抽筋
到這幾天是全身發熱 無法散熱 喘不過氣
不敢硬ㄍㄧㄥ 怕會暈過去
我猜17算是我極限 跑完會吐那種
預估平均應該也有19~20
可是最近幾天 越跑越爛 非常灰心
我同學136T 他說跟部隊跑會比較好是真的嗎
但是專訓是自己跑...
爬文看板上說 評鑑只有跑4圈半(<3000M)
但他說他跑了5圈!!!! 原本投機取巧的希望破滅...
或許3000M對很多人來說是小菜一碟
但還是上來請問一下學長
要怎麼才能穩定一點
是不是20分以上就算70分?
