[問題] 一些問題想請教大家消失
小弟今年開始練習跑步,中途都有中斷
有時候變成一星期才跑一次
直到最近三個月來才比較正常
這個月來大約一個月跑150k
外加每天做五十下伏地挺身與兩百下仰臥起坐
感覺身體肌肉線條是比較好一點
但我發現這三個月來,體脂好像沒什麼變
大約都在15左右,體重也沒什麼變,這樣是正常的嗎?
因為照理來說體脂應該會比較少一點
還是說跑步其實不適合做一些重量訓練呢?麻煩大家
