[問題] 新手如何訓練跑半馬
大家好
這次想來詢問如何訓練到跑半馬
本人從去年8月接觸跑步是為了減肥
也算是減肥成功吧 (BMI 26.8 > 22.4 體脂率 27% > 17%
而最近跑步都沒甚麼目標 雖然想更瘦
但還是決定個目標就是跑半馬

附上我這幾個月跑步以來的里程 7個月總共跑了247公里 (基本上是兩天跑一次 算少了

從12月前我都是間歇跑 到 後來都是持續跑
分別跑最久時間跟里程 5KM 31:22 06:13/km
後來我幾乎都是固定跑3km 大概速度06:00~06:20之間
但是我看要訓練跑半馬 似乎要先拉長距離跟放慢?
我目前是想說從下次慢跑穩定每次都可以跑6km 速度07:00~08:00之間?
進而拉長到10km或者更高
因為我看有些人開始慢跑幾個月 跑3km速度也都大概在08:00附近 (除非天生神力 哈
所以我想問目前我的訓練計畫是要該如何去規劃如何去跑?
而且我跑步的力量好像都沒用到大腿去跑 我跑到一半時都是小腿酸 而大腿從來沒酸過
希望有人能為我解答 謝謝
