[其他] 跑步遇到神
從三年前開始跑步就常常到大度路中間的疏洪道跑步
兩旁都稻田~跑起來真的很舒服~(就夏天偶爾會有蛇跟螃蟹要閃一下XD)
話說今天下午想說趁明天要下雨前再來跑個21K
剛跑滿第21K後~遇到一位看起來很精壯的跑友示意點個頭打個招呼
錯身而過後 跑完後就開始例行的拉筋伸展
這位跑者過了大約30秒又走了回來跟我聊天
問了我平常都在哪裡啊?剛剛花了多少時間?跑了多少阿?目標是甚麼?
我說了半馬90分內後
他又問了那你平常的練習呢?
我:周一到周五兩天3-5K撐心肺 一天10K 然後六日挑一天跑21K
他:不要再練3K-5K的短程了~你就一到五天天五分速跑10K 六日在挑天跑21K
一下就能到90分以內 撐心肺是想要半馬跑到70才要練
我心想平常我跑10K-21K都是約4:20-4:30在跑了 5分速應該很簡單
順便問:這樣沒有練習到心肺~速度拉得起來嗎?
他說:跑步要跑得穩 速度就拉得起來 拼命地跑 跑的不穩 呼吸不順 是不會進步的
相信我 我是跑超馬的 是亞洲最會跑的男人
我:蛤?
他:你上網去查查"羅維銘"就知道了~你有在跑步沒聽過我還滿不可思議的
我想"哈~可能平常沒再跟跑友交流吧 三年來每次都是一個人跑 也沒參加過任何比賽"
接著說:看你條件也滿好的滿有潛力的 (怎麼沒丟本如來神掌的秘笈來 哈)
照著我說的練準沒錯 我也住北投 有空可以每天白天或是傍晚來找我練習
跟著我跑 幫你配速
約了約時間後...可惜都沒辦法配合(我平日都是晚上九點後跑...囧)
他說:沒關係~你今天跑完後記得好好休息 千萬不能受傷 你可以來加我的跑團
我要先回家吃飯了 先走了~
我說了好幾次謝謝 就目送他走了 心想說
這人真的有那麼厲害?沒練心肺真的有用?
能跑超馬應該是真的很厲害了才對?!還有...聊天聊到都沒拉到什麼筋 囧
就上了車享受著跑完半馬的爽快感 回到家邊吃飯邊查這個名字...
COW~原來他跑過
環台14天.希臘七日賽.希臘一千英里.希臘一千公里.匈牙利六日賽.紐約.斯巴達...
還都有拿到名次...囧
這樣他講的話我也不能不相信了
看來要重新調整我每周訓練的菜單了
