[問題] 如何設定練跑模式?
我是新手中年媽,生完兩個孩子後,開始想跑步鍛鍊自己一下,希望同時擁有健康與瘦身
的效果,然而因為工作久站,足底筋膜炎有時會發作,是不是不適合跑步當作運動呢?另
外,速度極慢的我,如果跑超過5公里,後面幾天就很痠痛,跑短些似乎一星期至少能跑2
~3次,目前就以半小時左右練跑 距離3~5公里左右,這樣會不會太無效,沒有健身及瘦身
效果,求教有經驗的各位。
