[問題] 怎麼真正的從0開始?
小弟 178 66
平常會打球 自認運動能力一般般
但是 跑步就是無法
最近開始想練跑
跑不到500M 就感覺氣喘吁吁
看了一些文 都說練習慢慢增加距離
我的問題是
我還跑不到基本距離就快喘死了
該怎麼練?
