[問題] 初半馬賽前訓練請益
下週5/3要參加新竹臺灣馬拉松半馬
是第一次參加半馬馬拉松
平均一個禮拜跑三天,一次5k-10k 每公里約7分速
想請問在參加半馬賽當中還能持續練跑嗎?
還是要休息一週讓比賽前腿無負擔呢?
