[問題] 3000想進步 練間歇or練5k?
各位跑友好,小弟目前國軍online中,下個月就要測3000公尺了,目前成績約15分,離及
格14分還有一些距離,想請問若是想在一個月內有效率的練到進步一分鐘,該練習間歇還
是讓身體習慣跑5公里呢?
我約從3個禮拜前就保持每星期三次練習5k,但是於昨日測3k時還是只能跑15分,甚至還
退步了…才想問到底該怎麼練習呢?
若是練間歇距離時間該怎麼配比較好?麻煩各位跑友解答了,謝謝!
