[問題] 20天,怎樣可以跑5km
相隔2年沒跑步了
但月底學校就要運動會了
是大學最後一年的運動會
不想就此慘敗
但體能真的掉蠻多的QQ
昨天跑了五圈(一圈400
休息完再衝刺200
今天腳雖然沒殘廢
但感覺的出來大腿有小痠
主要小腿感覺早上一下床
一陣空虛
好像快抽筋==
高中1500快六分鐘
大一5000有點忘了==
好像30以內...
想請問版上大大們
1.可以怎樣牌菜單?需要每天跑嗎
2.跑完要吃什麼或補充什麼食物嗎?平常可以多吃什麼?
3.要重訓嗎.....要的話可以練啥
4.跑前熱身,怎樣可以比較進入狀況
5.跑前不要吃太多,那都吃啥比較適合呢?多久前吃?
