[問題] 跑800M還差3~30秒應如何再精進?

不好意思
大家好 第一次在此版PO文
還請大家多多包涵!
小妹最近要參加800公尺的跑步比賽
不過練習時始終差了3~30秒不等
不知在一個禮拜內可否用什麼方法再提升實力呢?
一些技巧或者應多吃什麼食物?
或者買雙功能強大的慢跑鞋?(有推薦的嗎?)
