[討論] 降速跟小走一段哪個對體能調解比較好??
高中上體育課跑步時,老師都說盡量不要停下來
停下來只會更累,寧可慢慢跑也不要用走的
自己跑步感覺下來,似乎有道理
但還是想問問有經驗的各位
撐下去真的對後面的體力調解比較好嗎??
因為平常都是跑6~10K
下次想去挑戰半馬 我想我應該沒辦法全程用跑的撐完 QAQ
所以我該不求速度慢慢來
還是停下來走個幾秒再繼續跑 這樣是否對體力負荷比較小呢???
