[問題] 運動後要怎樣才不會狂吃啊?
其實我也沒有狂吃 囧
可是就有變胖
我現在只是快走而已
開始運動是這一個月的事
未來是想去爬山 囧
不知道大家運動後的飲食 都是怎麼安排的啊 ? 有變胖嗎?
例如跑完馬拉松 或是 平常慢跑完
大家都是怎麼吃的啊? 大概都是幾點跑步啊? 運動完肚子餓怎麼辦?
(因為實在是不想因為運動而變胖)
