[問題] 關於慢跑的步伐
現在在練長跑,初練幾個月了,但對跑步的正確知識還是很外行,在這邊請教一下:
我發現如果依一般的慢跑步伐,上半身身體向前傾,這樣持續下去的長跑,會很累
所以我就會用有速度的碎步跑(200公尺1分6秒的速度),我覺得這樣跑"感覺"比較省力,
但真的是這樣嗎?
碎步跑是否步伐次數較多,對膝蓋是否會比較傷?
