[問題] 如何跑進2hr ?
各位前輩好
有些關於訓練的問題想請教
小妹接觸跑步大概三年
中間陸陸續續,因為工作或季節因素而有停跑
所以跑齡雖然三年
但實際上一年中練習的時間可能半年不到
11月要參加半馬,這是我的初半馬
想留個好成績給自己一個好的開始
以下條列式我的狀態,希望前輩能不吝指教
1.練跑幾乎以PU為主,也跑過柏油路
不會難適應柏油路,膝蓋及耐力都ok
2.速度一直都是10k/hr上下浮動
沒有練間歇,所以只能定速跑,衝不快
3.實測結果50圈PU,由裡到外繞圈
約2〞08(含三分鐘補給時間)
4.從跑步以來都是夜跑 ,也沒跑過上下坡度
5.沒練間歇原因是:腳踝及股二頭曾扭/拉傷,加上沒人帶領,不敢貿然,怕引發舊傷
6.九月份跑量250k(22天),十月份目前為止每天至少都有14k(週休ㄧ 天)
7.練跑後會做一下很基本的核心訓練
目標想跑進1〞55分(或者再更好一些)
但是因為身體似乎已經習慣定速及強度
我發現自己真的飆不快
還有三週時間,每週會挑一天跑足一場半馬
其他天就盡量拉長里程至少14k
練練肌耐力及心裡的撞牆期(有時候真的會很想早早收工)
想請問在不受傷的前提下,該怎麼訓練?
剩三週時間,有可能跑出目標成績嗎?
