[問題] 請教半馬sub2菜單
各位好!
原po(女)目前 20k 2小時05分 10k 56分
覺得自己最近狀況不錯處於進步期
想努力一下拼拼看六月的平地半馬有沒有機會sub2
目前練跑狀況 月量約150k 每週3天
一天河濱輕鬆跑8~10k
一天操場赤腳跑8~10k
(赤腳跑其實沒什麼目的 純粹跑起來爽XD 外加下雨天不想一直晾鞋子而已= =)
一天河濱or陽明山20k上下
我知道我跑得有點少(汗) 天數勢必要增加
並沒有斗膽想要練間歇
但自家附近剛好有一個約1.3k很適合練跑的上坡
(一般腳踏車騎不上去 行人走路會喘的那種)
想說是否可以增加一天來個坡地偽間歇
前天試了一下
開6分速一路衝上去 再慢慢滾下來
果然夠high四趟就不行了哈
想請問各位神人 適合我的弱程度的
有沒有方法能有效利用那個上坡
來達到類似間歇的心肺訓練效果?
目前的方法還可以嗎?
真的是個環境好又近的坡 比找河濱或操場方便很多 很想好好利用XD
或是說根本不用想這麼多 月量衝到200k就是了 管你橫著跑 豎著跑 里程達到就對了?
或是各位有無其它建議?
啊啊啊 好想看到1字頭啊 至少也要來個2:0X完賽!
