[問題] 膝蓋疼痛
性別:男
身高:173
體重:56
每週跑步天數:4~5天
每次跑步距離:10k
跑步地點/地面:200m操場逆時針
距離用餐時間:5小時
暖身和收操:有
疼痛部位:右膝蓋骨內側
請形容一下您的疼痛:有明顯的痛點,下樓梯會痛,半蹲時有緊繃感
是否有服用藥物或營養補給品(如:Move free、維骨力):沒有
去年十二月時增量太快(10k→14k),
加上還沒有適應新鞋就急著練習,
結果右膝就爆了......
休息了三週,但不太放心,
就去馬階骨科檢查,照了X光,沒有異狀,
醫生說是發炎,沒有多說什麼,連開藥都沒有!(很差的看診經驗.....)
昨天才跑了3k又爆了!(已經休息五週了!)
想問各位前輩,台北有沒推荐的運動傷害科醫師,
