[心得] 中年男子練跑感想..
今年小弟將步入37
七年前開始練跑
跑了兩年的全馬成績普普
因工作不固定
生活作習不正常在三年前荒廢了練習
今年十月中旬開始重新努力
至今以可跑至12k
但速度一直無法提昇
我算是回鍋的老手
但以往都是土法煉鋼
頂多以瑜珈復原體力
今認識年輕跑友建議採姿勢跑法
使我心有所感
期各位跑友給予更多建議
如:如何鍛鍊核心肌群,練多久後需要暖身跑...
期能於年底參加一場全馬賽...
