[問題] 如何訓練400M
大家好!
3個禮拜過後就是我們學校的運動會了(高中)
然後我參加個人項目400M
目前測的成績是1分38
因為這成績可能連預賽都過不了.....
所以想說這三個禮拜密集的訓練,看可不可以降到1分30秒
還有400公尺該怎麼跑才好?
我跑大概300M就有點不行了..........
請問板上的高手有沒有什麼建議?
