Don't sign papers any later than May 13, as Venus will begin to retrograde from May 15 to June 27. (You will note I have left two days space.) Venus out of phase will contain and lower the profits of your venture. Venus is associated with your solar eighth house of commissions, royalties, funding and investments - you don't want to enter into any deal with Venus retrograde.
