[問題] 被接受的 Journal paper

我今天剛收到的 journal 結果如下: Based on the recommendation of the Associate Editor XXXX, I am very pleased to inform you that your manuscript has been accepted for publication in the IEEE Transactions on CAD, provided that you address all reviewers\' comments (if any) in the final manuscript. Instructions for preparing the final manuscript and supporting documents are available at URL: http://tcad.polito.it/accept.html 信中在 accepted 之後用 "provided that" 是不是我一定要滿足所有 reviewer 的意見才會確定被接受阿? 還是我已經確定被接受了, 只是他們希望用我用這些意見再加強我最後版本的paper? 如果是前者還滿麻煩的, 因為有一位 reviewer 的某個意見真的很難回答, 前一次 revised 版本就努力回答他了, 結果他還是不滿意. 下面是 Associate Editor 的 recommendation: Recommendation -------------- Accept as is Comments to the Author ---------------------- The reviewers appreciate your effort in elaborating the context for your work, and feel that your manuscript has been improved significantly during your revision. However, they are still somewhat concerned about the justification for your SAT-based approach, as well as about the manufacturability, scalability and performance aspects of your approach.
