That includes Hedo, if he can go. He's trying to get them comfortable in the system. That would require pushing too hard and result in "crash and burn" before the season's over. "Hopefully, as time goes by, I will learn more and more what kind of diet they're using, what they're eating before and after the game to keep them that fresh and energetic even though they're like 36 and 38," Hedo said. Without a camp or preseason, Dampier would be hard-pressed to be in shape for playing the Suns system even in limited time. There has been no movement on a decision for him and that has to make you wonder how motivated he is if he is not pressing to get into a camp to get in game shape, learn plays and get to know teammates, coaches and a city. 雖然Dampier還是有可能跟太陽簽約，但他對太陽的助益卻逐漸在降低。原本Dampier的體態就不適於打算採高速跑轟的太陽，而遲未簽約的他又失去加入季前訓練調整體態與熟悉太陽體系的機會。 6. Gentry的新寵物---Lawal Lawal got an earful from Coach Alvin Gentry during a time out Tuesday. That's become a regular thing at camp and in practices. He is the new Louis Amundson for Gentry. He will be mad at him sometimes for not being or doing what he is supposed to do and sometimes he might yell at him because Grant Hill or Steve Nash did the wrong thing. 也許是求好心切，在暫停時看到Gentry對Lawal不斷嘮嘮叨叨，在訓練當中已經是司空見慣的事了。對Gentry來說，Lawal就是偽Amundson。 Gentry會對Lawal沒有在場上做應該他應該做的事情感到生氣，甚至會對他大吼----- 即使這是二老所造成的錯誤。 7. 有好多好多早餐在這裡，在我們熟悉的太陽隊裡。美國盧廣仲---Sarver Gentry said that it should be mentioned that Suns Managing Partner Robert Sarver is now buying breakfast for the team's game-day shootarounds.
