這是我使用他的建議功能得到的回應，24小時內就有回應了，效率還不錯。
看來這東西的確是有人有在看的，大家有其他問題的話也可以試試。
不過他們會"Looking at your account"...會怕的話...

I've installed the asian character sets, and started Looking at
your account, I noticed one of the torrents in your account
included utf-8 encoded paths as well as non-utf-8.
I've changed the code that displays files in the torrent to
prefer utf-8 when it is present.
Doing this seemed to allow the filenames to display correctly
within the torrent, though the "savepath" I do not see a utf-8
for and it still has a couple ??'s. Not sure on this one yet.

This is interesting, I haven't encountered these before. We can
pre-sort the list before showing it to the user, since the
padding file is inserted every other file (messy!), and they all
appear to be located at "/", that way you won't see a padding
file every other item (but instead they would all be grouped as
neatly as possible together).
From what I can read about padding files, they appear to be 100%
junk files used for isolation of files while selective
downloading. On this note, we can alternatively filter them out
completely / just not show them at all if no one would ever need
them. Maybe this would be best.
