Diable Jambe (?魔風?(?????????), Diaburu Janbu, Devil's Leg): In this
technique, Sanji spins rapidly, causing his legs to heat up so much that
they turn red. This was first seen being utilized against Jyabura to completely
shatter his Tekkai. This is called Diable Jamble in the FUNimation dub, but in
the Viz Manga, this technique keeps its original name.

The Rankyaku (嵐?, Rankyaku?, literally meaning "Storm Leg") is a powerful
projectile technique, in which the users start by kicking at very high speeds
and strength, sending out a sharp compressed air blade that can slice objects
and greatly damage a human body. In the FUNimation dub, this technique keeps
its original name, and in the Viz Manga, this is called Tempest Kick.
They are so different obviously!!
"Devil's Leg" vs. "Storm Leg"
"Devil's Leg" has no storm in the word!!
And "Diable Jambe" is not "Diable Rankyaku"。
