感謝柏志補充 這裡是共筆搞亂了 跟各位同學說聲抱歉
（以下補充若有錯誤歡迎大家熱心提出）
p.41那張圖和下面那1-3點是RIPA而不是Rco
這張圖既然放到這兒來講了 p.42最後那個（下面會介紹）也就刪掉吧
⊙兩者的不同大概可以從柏志的補充之中得知 這裡在多講一點：
1.Rco的診斷中：type 1要視嚴重情形而定 type 3是幾乎沒有
（可見表格） 而type 2A是會嚴重低下 type 2B則是可能正常或下降
2.而RIPA最主要的作用就是很容易的診斷出type 2B（可見表格及p.41的圖）
如果在Ristocetin濃度1.0mg/ml以下便可看到明顯的反應就是2B啦
（在這麼低濃度的時候2A和normal的反應是差不多的）
3.助教說：簡單一點看，Rco就是單純看vWF功能的；而RIPA是要看血小板的喔。
p.42 第11行那一段
改成：type 2A和2B的high molecular weight multimer都是減少的，
而type3是全部沒有。
⊙補充說明：
1.type 2A是因為 細胞內vWF的assembly出問題 或 vWF容易在血液中被分解
導致血漿和血小板中的vWF都以小分子的狀態存在而使功能缺失
2.type 2B是因為 vWF A1 domain的突變導致與GPIb的親和力大幅提升
使得血液中的vWF大分子都跑去和血小板結合而消耗掉
但血小板中的vWF仍屬正常
最後再來訂正幾個錯誤T.T：
p.40表格最左上方 Ristocetin拼錯了
p.44倒數第九行：(2) Blood products containing vWF （前面加項目號後面改錯字）
所以下面那兩個(2)(3)就改成(3)(4)吧
上面那些混亂的東西其實老師也只有稍微帶過 不過大家還是懂個大概比較保險
唉 真是對不起各位同學了...
