My Favorite Outdoor Activity
Everyone has his or her favorite outdoor activity. Since I was in the third
grade of elementary school, swimming has become the only and the most beloved
activity of mine.
I learned to swim from a class that be held on summer vacation. At first, I
was so afraid of water that I couldn't hold on breathe without my nose held
with my fingers. It is really a mission impossible for me to get over the
unnamable scare. However, with my brother's help, I finally succeed and
turned out becoming a swimming lover.
Before I got in senior high school, I went to a sports club with my mom and
brother every weekend. We would practice hard in the big swimming pool of the
club. But since two years ago, heavy stresses of our studies kept us from the
fun of going out and having good time with family. Now I seldom go swimming,
maybe only once or twice a year.
However, swimming has brought me a lot of benefits. It is an exercise which
can spread our bodies and make our heart and lung stronger. It can even shape
our figure!
I think that swimming would be my favorite activity in my whole life.
