從9/19號開始，拳修社的練習就開始瞜 Since 9/19, There are the practices
每個星期三、星期五 在新體前廣場 in front of Sports center on wednesdays
and fridays.
5:30~6:00可以先到場拉筋 You can do some stretch from 5:30 to
約6:00設課正式開始，一起熱身 6:00.The normal practice will start
on 6:00 pm.
每個星期二，是師父到場指導日 Our teacher will come here every
