不好意思唷 來這打擾了唷 想來請問一下
以下是paper的內容
To a suspension of NaOtBu(384 mg,4 mmol)in dry DMSO(10 ml)at room temperature was added
a solution of 4-vinylpyridine (210 mg,2 mmol)and tosylmethylisocyanate (508 mg,2.6 mmol)
in DMSO(10 ml) via cannular. the beige solution was stirred at room temperature for 2h
whereupon it was diluted with EtOAc(50 ml)and brine(50 ml) and shaken. the aqueous layer
was washed with EtOAc(3*50 ml)dried over Na2SO4 ,filtered and concentrated in vacuo onto
silica gel.
然後以下是我遇到的問題 可否幫我解答一下呢
1.做完之後,濃縮,但是抽不乾,而經過GC-Mass的鑑定之後
發現有大量的DMSO和我的合成之後的化合物和副產物
而所得的化合物應為固體
2.在我再一次用DI water 萃取(10ml)和EA(10mL)之後將有機層,脫水 濃縮得到固體
3.但是所固體經過DSC測定其熔點, 以paper所記載為231~232度
而我設定溫為從150到240度,出來的結果是一條直線,所以說不合成我要的化合物
大致上如以上所說的
請指點我吧....
