[閒聊] 砍掉重練
這篇是閒聊
忽然發現原來morphology 那麼難懂,
原因就是咱們要 "砍掉重練"
fellas, 拿掉 morpheme 的觀念吧
以前讀過的, 都當作沒讀過, 重新從 lexeme 學起吧><!!
( the traditional definition of morpheme is the smallest
meaningful component of a word, and this entails that we consider
all morphemes as sings. However, this turns out to be very
controversial, for some types of morpheme, at least.)
第一次看完課本, 我很好奇作者 Andrew Spencer

雖然morphology 比起phonology, syntax 來得冷屁
不過看來這傢伙算是有兩把刷子的

總之, 剛跳tone 了
例如說, 以前討論inflection/derivation 是看語意有沒有改變
果真, 太過攏統, 雖然說functional/inflectional affix 看似沒啥語意
但是還是有他的signal 在
所以現在, inflection-->不製造新lexeme
derivation-->產生新lexeme ( write-->writer 不在同一個entry 裡)
compound-->兩個lexeme 組成一個更新的lexeme
