Job Descriptions:
The role primarily involves on the operational activities in related to busine
ss support, including account opening, trade processing, securities settlement
s and payments, trade and holdings reconciliations, regulatory & client report
ing. The role also responses to support the local/regional front desks, middl
e offices and client services areas to ensure trades matched for settlements a
nd proper account data management.
Requirements:
- University graduate
- At least 2 years working experience in related fields
e.g. Securities House or Int'l Custodian or Fund House Ops
- Risk controls & procedures set up
- Securities Personnel License is required
(or, obtain the license within probation period);
Futures Personnel License is a plus
- Analytic and problem solving skills
- Detailed oriented and able to work under pressure
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent work ethic, persistence and with team spirit
- Good command of English
