Qualification:
- 1~2 years of Ops experiences in FX Derivative Product

Marketing Specialist (1 year contractor)
The Marketing Specialist is key in the seamless execution of Corporate Access
events. The position holder will work with Sales Force and Events Marketing
team to ensure smooth delivery and a positive client experience. Corporate
Access is a crucial part of the Firm's value proposition - coordinating
across corporates, marketing, Sales and Research is key.
Key Responsibilities:
* The position holder will involve in servicing Investor Relations Officers
of companies, providing them with a range of advisory services (market
information, trading data, investor perception, morning sector news),
preparing marketing material and pitching Investor Relations Officers for
corporate roadshows, field trips, conferences and conference calls.
* As part of the Equities distribution team, the position holder will work
closely with salesforce to originate differentiated and timely access around
the Firm's key calls and conviction ideas. The position holder will be the
main point of contact of several investors, providing them with a bespoke
access service. The position holder will work closely with Sales in
development the allocation of Corporate Access events to clients.
* The position holder will work very closely with other internal user groups
including research analysts, sector specialist sales and traders to provide
Investor Relations Officers and investors timely market information.
* The position holder's day to day job will involve dealing with any ad hoc
requests from Investor Relations Officers (update on recent trends seen in
the equities markets, the Firm's trading data information, investor profiles)
and Equities Investors (bespoke companies meetings, ad hoc conference calls)
and planning for the execution of upcoming Corporate Access events
* The position holder will work closely with the corporates to outline their
roadshow plans and requirements (roadshow location, investor target list).

- Excellent inter-personal and presentation skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to forge relationships with clients
and colleagues
- Good understanding and previous experience in equities capital markets
environment
- Excellent English ability for delivering high quality presentations and
high quality feedback reports
- Strong knowledge of Excel, word, PowerPoint and Microsoft office
