[新聞] 林書豪是吃貨 飯量是正常人3倍

?據他自己透露,賽季期間熱量消耗非常可觀,飯量可達到正常人的3倍。
林書豪可說是有名的喜歡吃,心情好也吃,心情不好更要吃,他曾坦承輸球就嗑冰炫風所
以在洛杉磯湖人隊期間吃最多,更曾因NBA選秀落空而失意,狂吃炸雞翅洩憤,他說忘記
吃了多少隻,只記得吃到肚子痛。
而他日前在自己的YouTube專頁掛載Mail Call影音,回復球迷來信,其中克雷頓(
Clayton)問他打籃球之外的消遣,林書豪說,不外乎打電玩找朋友同樂,當然吃美食是
一定要的。
林書豪說,尤其賽季期間熱量消耗可觀,這時他的食量可高達正常人的3倍,所以賽季期
間上餐館,少不了要叫上2道開胃菜和3道主菜。
另有個來自台灣署Jimmy(吉米)的球迷,他寄上球星卡盼換得林書豪的親筆簽名,當中
另附上5美元,林書豪也對著鏡頭逐一簽妥,並說5美元轉捐給慈善機構,幫助更多需要幫
助的人。
也有10歲小球迷Zach(札克)希望林書豪能教他兩招,如何提升自己的投籃命中率,林書
豪鼓勵他別著急,慢慢長大,力量更強且保持練習就會改善,同時提醒他,外線跳投的發
力點在腿部,抓住這個訣竅,會進步更快。
