瑜珈就是古代的易筋經。這種柔軟運動對於身上或多或少都有一些關節韌帶受傷的籃球員
來說是很好的復健活動。
小弟右手摔車受傷,尺骨與手腕關節連接處的骨頭特別突出,導致投籃時手腕無法固定姿
勢,投出去的球都會有不同程度的歪斜,命中率一直提升不起來。看台大骨科,醫生說要
嘛打鋼釘讓骨頭復位,要嘛反正不影響生活也不會痛就擺著唄。
做了瑜伽之後,右手真的有感覺沾黏的組織被拉開,柔軟度好很多,投籃姿勢比較容易穩
定,天冷也會痠痛了...= =
之前都沒什麼感覺的。
還有腳踝的多次扭傷、骨盆與脊椎的歪斜也都有好轉,當然累積的傷害結果也都會跑出來
討債。
瑜珈裡的弓箭式、太陽式和划船式都很不錯,連我這種馬路杯選手都有效,對 NBA 球員
來講肯定也有不錯的效用。
