被戲稱是能結婚有小孩版本的金鐘國
每天早上起床第一件事情是做一個小時的HIIT,就算是拍網飛的重機行腳節目也是一樣
菜單在YOUTUBE上面也曝光多次,如果沒時間還會有超高強度三十分鐘HIIT保持訓練
可是他說因為要跳舞所以練Crossfit不追求大重量(雖然肌肌還是大得跟甚麼一樣)
