[閒聊] 拳四郎或拉歐的身材有可能徒手練?消失
不知道大家有看過一部漫畫叫北斗神拳嗎?
蠻久以前的作品大概30年前吧?
裡面的主角拳四郎跟他的哥哥拉歐
個人是覺得後期主角的身材算練得不錯
有一定水準
他的兄長拉歐則是太過壯碩一點
想請問的是
從身形跟外觀來說
如果以徒手重訓的方式
包括伏地挺身,深蹲,引體向上等等
並搭配一些負重,包括自己體重的負重和一些簡單的輔助
例如啞鈴或寶特瓶裝滿水(2公升那種)
有機會練成漫畫中主角那種身材嗎?
或許要練成那樣很難但有一點像就好的話呢?
當然不是一天兩天但如果鍛鍊重訓以一年兩年來算
是不是有一點機會?
還是拳四郎那種身材終究得進健身房才練得出來?
