[問題] 177/60 瘦宅想變壯

本瘦 177/60 身型從小到大都是偏瘦
手臂從國中開始就沒變粗過 已經維持10幾年了

上半身也很單薄
但是下半身的大小腿卻很正常尺寸

另外 由於本身胸口骨骼有問題 這症狀的患者的體型都會偏瘦小
所以我也一直認為是骨骼的問題 導致營養無法跑到上半身...超北七
人生不知道變胖怎麼寫 但胖都胖在肚子 整個很像奇行種..
由於明年打算出國打工賺錢 做勞力活
想說趁這幾個月的時間看能不能變胖變壯一點
不知道各位有沒有什麼建議
目前爬了文 覺得應該是要買乳清吃+做重訓+改變飲食習慣(少鹽油 多蛋白質
請問這樣的大方針正確嗎
不曉得各位巨巨們能否給點意見呢?
