[問題] 怎麼說服老公不要再做仰臥起坐
第一次在本板發文
之前老公吵著想練腹肌
還擅自買了兩千多的仰臥起坐板
雖然貴不過有附彈力繩跟彈簧
所以就也算了 拿來維持我的弱肌還不錯
(我目前正在努力減脂保肌中)
只是買沒多久後
練仰臥起坐的部分就被當高級置物架了
心血來潮才會用一下
不過就我所知仰臥起坐對脊椎真的不太好
老公又很堅持做那種傳統式的
而且比起增肌更應該先減脂啊啊啊
因為看水肥哥說這種時候增肌效果很差
(老公身高172cm 體重70kg 體脂30%)
跟他講了在本板看到的觀念
他會覺得我比他胖沒有說服力
也會說你不要聽他們好小
我應該就不管他了嗎?
