[問題] 關於重訓的兩個疑問
嗨大家好
小弟踏入健身房也已經有一年時間
這些日子來看過各種不同的人
但最讓我感到好奇的還是有一種外表與力量相差懸殊的人
有時候就會看到一些瘦子在深蹲區蹲個120.130
或是在臥推70.80
所以我真的很好奇為什麼有些人可以不長肉一直長力量(我的解讀啦
就像KD可以臥推150一樣讓我不解
請問除了天生神力有比較科學的解釋嗎(例如肌肉細胞密度較大?之類的
第二個問題是前陣子看了版友貼了一個女生臥推前臂骨折的影片
讓我想問各位有沒有一種可能自己力量一直提升但因為前臂太細而有骨折的風險?
因為小弟本人我前臂超細,可以用拇指跟小指圍起來那種
最近臥推練到自重,但怕因為前臂太細再練會斷掉
