[閒聊] 有課表的訓練與無的差異
本魯近一年不斷爬文翻書,在規律及不間斷的背部訓練,請問這樣還算有成功嗎?

目前體重71公斤,身高161公分...我有點矮不好意思...
因為在去健身房之前都只有練徒手啊,以前都是玩單槓和伏地挺身而已
