[問題] 一周4~5天菜單
巨巨們好
小弟我平常因為工作關係 所以能抽空的時間大約是中午45分鐘
每個星期大約都可以排個五六天
所以菜單大約是這樣子
星期一四(胸 三頭)
星期二五(背 二頭)
星期三六(肩膀 腳)
每個部位都大約三到四個動作 3~4組 8~12下
我想請問的是是否該這樣子排還是就每一天排一個部位 就把該部位操爆比較好
因為時間比較少 所以想說現在這樣子是不是不太有效率
