[問題] 一天可以同時練多個肌群嗎
如題 小弟算新手 剛開始練半個月
目前在健身房一小時都是30分鐘練背
30分鐘練胸 隔天練腿+三角 回家每天練腹肌
如果每天訓練多個肌群會影響肌肉生長嗎
以及練背(如滑輪下拉,坐姿划船)感受度該怎麼抓
目前練胸是啞鈴臥推一手17.5kg(6x4組)做完之後重量慢慢減少 次數組數漸增加直到30分
完
練背則是滑輪下拉85p(8x4~5組)之後去練坐姿划船60p(6x4組)
請各位巨巨多指教
