[問題] 把一天練習的組數拆開來做?
各位前輩大家好,小弟最近有個問題,就是把一天練習的組數拆開做的效果是否會降低?e
x練胸的話可能早,中,晚各練上,平,下及三頭,因為健身房就在住的公寓隔壁,從房
間出發到器材前大概五分鐘就好,而小弟又是學生,零碎時間其實滿多的,想說這樣也可
以在讀書讀到心煩時發洩一下,不知這樣是否效果不良?
